We do not collect or store your card, UPI or net banking details — these are handled directly by our payment processor, Razorpay.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: process and fulfil your orders; verify serviceability of your delivery address; send order and delivery updates via SMS/email; connect you with fitting partners near you; and improve our product catalogue and service.
3. Sharing With Third Parties
We share relevant order information with the following partners solely to fulfil your order:
- Razorpay — payment processing
- Shiprocket — logistics and delivery tracking
- Twilio — SMS/OTP notifications
- Google Maps — delivery address and fitting-partner location services
- Our network of dealers and fitting partners — to fulfil and install your order
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure payment processing via Razorpay, to protect your information. No online system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong password on your account.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart contents. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
