1. About Wheelskart

Wheelskart (wheels-kart.com) is an online tyre marketplace operated by Yash Doshi, connecting customers across India with a network of dealers and tyre fitting partners. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Pricing

We list tyres from brands including MRF, CEAT, Apollo, Bridgestone, Michelin, Continental, Goodyear, Pirelli and JK Tyre, sourced through our network of authorised dealers. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure listed prices and product information are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur; in such cases we will contact you before processing an affected order.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; Wheelskart does not store your card, UPI or bank account details. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery and vehicle details you provide are accurate.

4. Delivery & Fitting

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@wheelskart.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wheelskart facilitates the sale of tyres by third-party dealers and fitting services by independent partners. While we vet our partner network, Wheelskart's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delays, product defects covered by manufacturer warranty, or third-party service issues.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and the Wheelskart name — is the property of Wheelskart or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names and tyre model names remain the property of their respective manufacturers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this website or your orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
